Accessibility Statement
Effective Date: April 29, 2026
The Company is committed to continuously improving the accessibility of this website, ensuring that all users (including those with mobility, visual, cognitive, or other disabilities) can browse the content without barriers, conveniently and completely.
This website follows the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as its benchmark for ongoing construction and optimisation.
The website has implemented a number of accessibility enhancements to improve usability and inclusiveness:
- Clear page structure and heading hierarchy to assist assistive technologies;
- Sufficient colour contrast between text and background to reduce reading difficulties;
- Full keyboard navigation support, no mouse required;
- Alternative text for images and graphics;
- Semantic HTML code structure that works with screen readers.
Due to historical content, third‑party plugins, and embedded external resources, some pages may not yet fully meet the WCAG 2.1 Level AA standard.
The Company will continue to improve the code, update legacy content, replace third‑party components, and steadily enhance the accessibility of the entire website.
If users encounter any accessibility barriers, functional issues, or experience defects while browsing or using the website, they may report them via the official email address: zb@zbcharger.com
The Company will promptly receive feedback, investigate issues, and continuously optimise and repair them.
This Accessibility Statement is part of the compliance system of this website. Together with all other policies, statements, and rules published on this website, it forms the complete website usage framework.
In the event of any conflict or ambiguity between different documents, the terms that are more protective of the Company’s governance and not contrary to mandatory legal provisions shall prevail.
