The losing party shall bear all arbitration fees, appraisal fees, attorneys’ fees, travel expenses, preservation costs, enforcement costs, and all other related expenses.

7.1 The Chinese version of this Statement is the sole authoritative interpretation. Any translation into English or other languages is for reference only and has no legal binding force. In case of any discrepancy, the Chinese version shall prevail.
