Issued by: Kunshan Zhengbai Mechanical&Electronical Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter “Seller”)
Effective Date: April 29, 2026

§ 1. Warranty Period and Scope

1.1 Products are covered by a limited warranty for twelve (12) months from the date of shipment (the “Warranty Period”). During the Warranty Period, the Product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and maintenance conditions.

1.2 Any product or component repaired or replaced under warranty continues to be covered only for the remainder of the original twelve (12) months calculated from the date of shipment of the original product. Repair or replacement does not extend or restart the Warranty Period. Unless mandatory under applicable law, a replacement part does not receive a new warranty period.

§ 2. Exclusions (What This Warranty Does Not Cover)

This warranty does not apply to any damage or defect caused by:

(i) misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, or improper storage;
(ii) external causes (e.g., power surges, lightning, abnormal voltage, other electrical stress);
(iii) disassembly, modification, or repair without the Seller‘s prior written authorization;
(iv) normal wear and tear (e.g., fading of the housing, blurring of labels, normal wear of connectors);
(v) physical damage (e.g., cracked housing, dropping, water ingress, cut cables, deformed plugs);
(vi) use with incompatible devices, accessories, or power sources;
(vii) expiration of the Warranty Period.

§ 3. Seller’s Exclusive Remedy

3.1 For a defective Product that meets the terms of this warranty, the Seller‘s entire liability and the Buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy shall be: at the Seller‘s option, to repair or replace the defective Product or its component. A partial refund will be provided only if the Product cannot be repaired and cannot be replaced. The Seller does not provide full refunds under any circumstances.

3.2 The Seller shall bear the reasonable labor and material costs for warranty repair or replacement. The Buyer shall bear the shipping cost to return the Product to the Seller. The Seller shall bear the shipping cost to send the repaired or replaced Product back to the Buyer (within the same country/region; for cross-border shipments, customs duties and additional fees shall be borne by the Buyer).

§ 4. Claim Procedure

4.1 If the Buyer discovers a possible defect, the Buyer must provide written notice before the Warranty Period expires. Written notice includes but is not limited to e-mail. The notice shall be sent to zb@zbcharger.com, together with proof of purchase, clear evidence of the defect (photos or short video), and the necessary serial number information. A notice sent by e-mail shall be deemed effectively delivered at the moment of sending to the designated address, regardless of whether it is actually read. The Buyer should also copy a backup e-mail address (if any) to ensure delivery.

4.2 Do not return the defective Product directly without the Seller‘s prior written consent. The Seller will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) by e-mail together with detailed return instructions. The Buyer shall ship the defective Product back within thirty (30) days after receiving the RMA; otherwise the RMA will automatically expire.

4.3 If the Buyer fails to provide written notice before the Warranty Period expires, the Seller shall consider the Product to have been free from defects at the time of delivery, and the Buyer may not make any claim for the same defect.

§ 5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 Under no circumstances shall the Seller be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of, inability to use, or any cause connected with the Product. Such damages include, without limitation:

damage to any wheelchair, battery, controller, or other third-party equipment;
loss of profit, revenue, data, or business interruption;
loss of goodwill, downtime, or third-party claims;
attorneys‘ fees, litigation costs, arbitration fees, expert witness fees, preservation fees, travel expenses, enforcement costs, and any other form of legal or collection expenses.

The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that even if the Seller has been advised of the possibility of such damages, the Seller shall have no liability for any of the foregoing.

5.2 Seller’s total aggregate liability for any claim (whether based on contract, tort, warranty, strict liability or any other legal theory) shall in no event exceed the lesser of:

(i) the actual purchase price paid by the Buyer for the defective Product; or
(ii) 100 USD (One Hundred United States Dollars).

The Buyer expressly understands and agrees that the foregoing limitations of liability shall apply even if the exclusive remedy stated in this warranty fails of its essential purpose.

5.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Seller expressly disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranty of merchantability, the implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, the implied warranty of non-infringement, and the implied warranty of quiet enjoyment.

This Product is sold as a wheelchair charger. The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that the Seller makes no express or implied warranty that the Product is fit for any specific brand of wheelchair, any specific battery system, or any particular purpose.

§ 6. General Provisions

6.1 This warranty constitutes the sole and complete statement of the Seller‘s warranty obligations with respect to the Product and supersedes all other prior or contemporaneous, oral or written warranties or representations.

6.2 If any provision of this warranty is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

6.3 This warranty and any dispute arising in connection with it shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the people‘s court located in the Seller’s domicile.

6.4 The Seller reserves the right to amend this warranty at any time. Amended terms will take effect upon posting on the official website (zbcharger.com). For orders already placed, the terms in effect at the time of order confirmation shall apply.

6.5 Any notice sent by e-mail to the Seller‘s designated e-mail address (zb@zbcharger.com) shall be deemed effectively delivered at the moment of sending. The Buyer shall ensure that its e-mail address is accurate, valid, and monitored regularly.

6.6 This warranty is drafted in the Chinese language, which shall be the sole and authoritative version for interpretation. Any translation into English or any other language is provided for reference only and shall not be legally binding. In the event of any ambiguity or inconsistency between the Chinese version and any translated version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
